Required of Doctor and Staff

  • All patients must be vaccinated.  (Exceptions are only made for those that are able to demonstrate a medically valid reason for being unvaccinated.)
  • If a patient feels unwell or has been exposed to someone who has the virus, we request that they inform us ahead of time, and reschedules their examination.
  • Only one (1) patient at a time — no friends or family (unless the patient is a minor or disabled)
  • Purell is available upon entry.
  • All patients must wear a mask — covering both nose and mouth — at all times. Lowering the mask is not permitted. (Note: if the doctor feels that the patient's mask does not provide sufficient protection, the patient will be required to wear an office-supplied surgical mask.)  Please note that even though everyone is vaccinated, masks covering the nose and mouth are still required.
  • Patient will fill out all requisite forms at the fitting table.
  • Patients will be encouraged to use touchless credit cards or insert the credit card chip themselves — to reduce touching surfaces.

Please call the office before coming to make sure that the weather has not affected our ability to serve your eyecare needs.

There are FEW PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE in the neighborhood that  are not filled with snow or private "parking chairs."  Please give yourself extra time to find a parking space.
